In the interstices between linguistics and performing arts studies, TKB is an extensive and transdisciplinay project aiming at the design and construction of an open-ended multimodal knowledge-base to document, annotate and support the creation of contemporary dance pieces. While it is based at the Linguistics Centre of Universidade Nova de Lisboa - FCSH (www.clunl.edu.pt), it involves four other partner institutions:
- Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Interactive Multimedia Group)
- Centro de Linguística da Universidade do Porto (CLUP)
- Centro Coreográfico “O Espaço do Tempo”: Montemor-o-Novo
- AHK: Amsterdam Hogeschool voor de Kunsten – Universiteit Amsterdam
