EVI DIMAKOPOULOU BIOGRAPHY

Born and raised in Greece, Evi Dimakopoulou studied Computer Engineering & Informatics at the University of Patras, Greece. While studying, she was a member of the Dance Theater team “Xorogaia”, participating in various performances. After graduating she moved to Porto, Portugal through the Leonardo Da Vinci European Programme. There she worked as a web designer/developer at the Faculty of Sports, University of Porto, building the IT Department’s web site. In 2009 was accepted in the Multimedia Masters at the University of Porto, from where she graduated in 2011. In the meantime, she is a grantee researcher in the TKB project - Transmedia Knowledge base for Contemporary Dance, working as Dance Annotator and Web Developer for the TKB web site.
