NOW YOU DO IT! Is a theatre workshop where I share my tools do shape our infinite talent for telling stories, develop narratives and create characters – using our own experience as raw material.?NOW YOU DO IT! Is a tool box to learn how to make pieces – to learn how to tell, how to write and how to use objects and devices that belong to our private lifes.?It’s intention is to reinforce the sense of belonging, of taking part and of creating a collective story.

The new solo “E Pur Si Muove” holds a retrospective stance while proposing a gaze into novel times, drawn within new lines of artistic research. For such, the artistic residencies in three different continents are fundamental, providing the choreographer with an opportunity to contact with communities hitherto unfamiliar to him. In Europe, he is captivated by the history and local traditions of Italy’s island of Sardinia, further exploring a mediterranean imagery that has arisen previously in his work.
In 2013 Francisco Camacho recreated "The King in Exile" a solo that was premiered in 1991 and presented that same year at Klapstuk festival in Leuven, launching from that moment on Camacho choreographic career in Europe.

The choreographer Francisco Camacho was responsible for some of the most celebrated group performances of Portuguese Contemporary Dance. “RIP” is the long-awaited piece after 6 years of research and creation of different projects other than a group piece for the stage.
This performance is both a follow-up of motives and ideas explored in his previous work and a step forward, advancing them into new grounds as well as integrating lines of research not hitherto present.
